Pillow facilitates transactions between users but is not a party to any agreement between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, or developers.

Where escrow services are offered:

• Funds are held securely until agreed transaction conditions are met
• Release of funds follows predefined platform rules
• Pillow does not guarantee transaction outcomes

Users are responsible for resolving disputes arising from their agreements.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Platform.
